I'm sorry! I know! In the age of amazon prime it's hard to justify additional payment for shipping. I am hoping one day we can get to a place of offering discounted/free shipping. Can you custom embroider the embroidered label? For example "Mrs. Smith" embroidered label?
As of January 6 2023 we will be offering custom embroidery personalization service on our White Bridal Styles only, for an additional fee of $9.99. Items where this upgrade of $9.99 has been purchased are considered final sale. Here are instructions for how to purchase this upgrade:
1. Click on the White Bridal Product you would like to personalize
2. Select Size you would like to purchase
3. Under "Personalization?" drop down menu please select "Yes (+$9.99) final sale"
4. Select the Embroidery placement, font and type in your name or personalization you require
5. Click "add to cart" button

Can you embroider the embroidered label, "Matron of Honor" instead of "Maid of Honor"?
Unfortunately no we cannot.
Do you have any additional colorways in the Hildy Robe?
We are always trying to introduce new colorways. If you have a specific request for a colorway, send us an email so we can consider it for future productions...we listen to our customers.
I absolutely love the Alanna Robe, however, how do you tie it properly?
Great question. Check out the video here.
When the robe is on you, on the right right side of the robe, near the waist, there is a hole. Take the sash from the left panel of the robe and insert it underneath the right panel of the robe, through the right hole, at the waist. Then continue to wrap the left sash of the robe around your body clockwise and wrap the right panel with sash counterclockwise around your body until the sashes meet at the center front. Then tie the two sashes together in a knot and the tie a bow.
Will I receive 1 drawstring bag for every robe I purchase? Or is it 1 drawstring bag per order?
Every 1 robe purchased comes with 1 drawstring bag. Therefore if you order 5 robes you will receive 5 drawstring bags. For The pajama Styles, 1 drawstring gift bag is included with every top purchase, bottoms do NOT include the drawstring gift bag. Our romper includes 1 drawstring gift bag.
Do you have different nude mesh color options for varying skin colors?
At this time we have 1 nude mesh color option. It is a medium nude color. Refer to images of robe on model for reference point.
What size should I order?
Please refer to our size guide on each product's page. You can also find it by CLICKING HERE.
Is your sizing true to size?
Yes our sizing is true to size. Extra Small can fit a range of 0-2. Small can fit a range of sizes: 4-6 US. Medium can fit a range of 6-8. Large can fit a range of 8-10. Extra Large can fit a range of 10-12. HELPFUL HINT: We recommend ladies with larger bust to select the larger size if in between sizes. I.e. For those torn between SMALL or MEDIUM, select Medium if you have a larger bust.
**LAST HELPFUL HINT: keep in mind that measurements provided for chest and waist are of the robe when laid flat on a table with no overlapping of left panel and right panel. When wearing the robe you will want to account for overlap of approx 3 inches on each panel.
I am a size 14, will the extra large fit me?
Since robes are adjustable given the interior and exterior sash ties, it is possible an extra large can fit. Compare your measurements against the measurements above. See instructions for how to measure yourself below under the faq "How do I measure myself."
