Customer will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to be received by our office within 30 days of the delivery date. **Shipping amount will not be reimbursed** Your items must be returned in full packaging (poly bag, drawstring gift bag, and robe with hangtags attached) without any damage to exchange. Upon RWL receiving the items to be exchanged, processing time can take up to 8 business days to process an exchange in our system.
