The belt loop on the robe is flawed. Therefore, the belt loop that holds the outer sash is falling off or one loop is missing. If the belt loop is falling off, it can be re-attached. This can easily be done by tacking/sewing the loop down. If the belt loop is missing there is no replacement available. Examples of the type of belt loop defects are in image gallery.
